Upgraded from NBN12 to NBN50 on Monday. Got a confirmation email the same day that the plan change had been completed. Almost a week later, I'm still not noticing a speed increase. I've tried restarting the router and the NBN modem multiple times.

Our Engineering team was able to get in touch today and confirmed that the speed didn't improve after you upgraded the plan to NBN50 speed tier. They lodged the case to NBN Co for further investigation and updates will be given once available.
