Upgraded my plan yesterday

HI Team, hoping that you will be able to assist. I upgraded my plan online yesterday from $69.99 per month to NBN Broadband superfast. The reference# in the email is 4458843.


My question is, do I have to change any settings in the modem to increase the speed, or does it change automatically? Do I need to turn my modem off and then on for the above change to take effect?
