Upgraded to 100mbps, but speed hasn’t changed

I received a confirmation regarding my NBN plan change. It stated that the plan change was successful. I tried to reset my router many times but nothing helped.

Can someone let me know why this is happening? I upgraded to 100 but its stuck with 50mbps.

Hi @rasikad00 

 

If the plan changed has been successful, then check the QoS or Bandwidth control in the modem interface.

If enabled, just change the value, else just disable it.

 

After applying the changes, test the speed and if it's still not giving you the speed you've applied for, then send us a private message with your account details.
