Upgraded to NBN50 Download Issues

I just upgraded to NBN50 last night and got confirmation saying NBN50 plan is now activated. The main reason for the upgrade was the previous plan being too slow providing download between 3 to 6 Mbps download during peak hour. However, even after upgrade I cannot achieve higher download speeds which is said to be 46Mbps Peak evening, the highest I got while doing the speedtest is 10Mbps. Also, the ping keeps a fluctuating a lot same with all of the other services video streaming, gaming and everything else.

Can someone help me out ASAP please?
