C'mon TPG. WHat is going on here and how can we fix it.
Have repeatedly tried to fix this with support. Can someone please tell me why the internet is so slow ever since I upgraded to ultrafast plan?
I need internet for working from home, so ideally we can get this sorted ASAP.
