Can I please be put back on my original plan of 100/40Mbps as I have been halved to 100/20Mbps without any notification or email?
Very unprofessionial from TPG to change grandfathered plans like this.

A notification was sent way back November 2021 in regards to the changes.
This is due to NBN Co’s wholesale cost increases, we have had to change our upload speeds to continue offering your service at this great value price point.

Strange, I don't believe I got any notification of the sort.
Is there any way of going back to my original plan, can this be escalated?
I don't want to have to go to the TIO for this but I will if I cannot get an easy resolution.

There's no way to get the legacy plan.
We'll raise your concern to our Complaints resolution team; Customer relations and a case manager will be in touch with you for further discussion.
