Uploading htm files

The website that TPG hosts for me will not accept new uploads of htm files.  The web site is still working however when I try to upload a new htm file I get the following message.

The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

Your support ID is 122d2d4c-b16a-40f5-9af9-342ae3aba675

Any help appreciated.
