Thanks for raising this to us have you reached our Account Specialists Team about the cancellation of the service? If not yet, I would like to have them contact you to discuss details also if the ycan provide you alternative option.
Once the service is cancelled the e-mail address associated with the account will also be terminated, but you have the option to keep the e-mail and migrate it to standalone Email Account only.
Shoot me a private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) also include your best contact number and preferred time.
