I need to configure a BYO router, and I need VLAN ID disabled to do this. The support person said it had been, but it still didn't work. So I did an experiment. I plugged in my Tp-Link Archer that I knew worked, and UNticked use VLAN ID. Of course it failed!
I need the requirement for use VLAN ID disabled at tpg end before I can complete my upgrade.
Why is tpg making it so hard to switch to a mesh network (Velop)?
