Very Slow NBN100

Hello everyone, for the last 24hrs now, my internet speed has dropped below 50% of my max speed even at non-peak hours (like now time of posting 4:11am SA, Adelaide Time) from my typical 12+/-MBps download to barely 2MBps, it wasnt like this like a few days ago. downloading from steam capping my max speed, now it barely event reaches half of it.

Is there a problem with NBN at moment that we're not aware of, or is it only on my side?

Below I've attached screenshots of actual download speeds off peak hours and what's the speed status on my modem.

Based on the screenshot, the modem/router is getting a good connection speed.

Now we are looking at the transfer rate from the server where you are downloading data.

Are you using a WiFi or a Wired connection? Have you tried downloading a different file for comparison?

Shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to check it as well.

im under wifi, but our wifi is adequete enough for the NBN 100 max speed ive been getting max my speed before this happened. even on speedtest its very slow
