Very poor ADSL speeds

Hi TPG,

 

I've run multiple speed tests throughout the day, both wireless and connected directly to the modem.

I'm getting poor results, very slow connection and cannot stream anything let alone load images on the PC.

I've attached a log file with Up/Down speeds and ping. Can you please fix it?
