Very poor nbn speed

Hi. We've been on the unlimited superfast plan for a couple years now, streaming easily in UHD, and never had a speed issue. But for the past 48 hours we can't even stream in SD quality. This has come straight after the tpg's outages page posted 'major damaged lines needing work'. Since this was completed our speeds have been abysmal.
Any info on why would be greatly appreciated. We've done everything on our end from turning off/on to restarting, resetting and speed testing with no improvements.

How's your service? Are you connected via WiFi or Wired connection?

Can you share a photo of your speed test result?

 

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?
