Very poor service

I decided to go with TPG since I have 4 phones with them for my internet.
Where I live it has no NBN just ADSL and it’s crap so no choice but to go to 5G.
I ordered it on the 8/4/2024 and to date it has not been dispatched, rang the help desk got told they can tell me what’s going on, wrote to complaints NOTHING they were quick to take my money and ignore me so I out with all my phones and internet TPG very slack service
