Very slow ADSL2+ internet speed.

Hello Support,

Since last Friday, I am experiancing very slow internet speed.

Average download speed now : 1.5 Mbps. ( my line speed is 7 Mbps and normaly I got 6.X Mbps)

Average upload speed now : 0.1 Mbps.

Please let me know how to get a normal speed back agian.

If my contact details are needed, please let me know how to provide.

Thanks for raising this to us. We're able to locate your account using your Community details and ran an initial test. The result shows the speed of the service getting on the line is not passing. We would like to confirm if any changes was made on your modem/router's physical setup.

Somehow, I dont know how, but my ADSL2+ internet speed just came back to normarl after getting your update.
