I have been experience very slow download speed for the past 2 months.
I am on the 100M plan. My NBN speed is below 4Mbps at night with constant dropping. Ping is extremely high as well.
This is tested on direct enthernet connection to my computer.
I know we are experiencing a difficult time, but 4M is less than 5% of what I paid for which is unacceptable.
