Very slow NBN

Hi,

I'm on the NBN super fast plan and the speeds I'm getting are only around 5Mpbs, which is even slower than my old TPG ADSL speeds.

 

This situation has started since last week and my internet speed has become very slow. I can't even open google, I have tried all the troubleshooting tips on the TPG forum, and the situation is still not improving. In addition, I am using Ethernet cable connect to my computer directly.

Hi @jixuanyu, it's very strange that you are only getting this speed and we'd like to investigate what is causing this.

 

We have escalated the issue to our Engineering Team and a case engineer will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the progression of the case.
