Very slow downloads with new FTTB plan

Hi all,

 

Hoping for some help, I have just had my new FTTB unlimited data super fast plan installed with new modem and having issues with exceptionally slow download speeds.

i have done a speedtest and showing 92.5 Mbps download and 29.5 Mbps upload, however I am having issues streaming and constant buffering and any downloads are taking forever.

i had ADSL before which was terrible but never encountered such slow downloads.

Any help would be appreciated.
