@jack1 it appears on the back end that the uprade was complete, thus both download and upload speeds were updated.
If it's okay with you, I will have to ask a few questions.
Is the download speed okay?
Is this slow upload speed on occurring on a particular site or is this for every site ie it shows with speed test?
Can you remove all other device on the network, leave just 1 device connected, do a speed test and post the results here? Please try to have that 1 device near the router if possible when doing this.
