Very slow wireless NBN

I have wireless NBN and I'm downloading at ridiculously slow speeds - so much so that i can't even open outlook. I pay for the top level NBN as I'm a therapist working from home and I can't see any of my patients. 

How do i get faster speeds? Is there any service provider that will deliver the speeds promised?
