WIFI connect keep disconnect

Hi. Starting on this Saturday and Sunday, our Wifi keep disconnected for around 3-5 mintues and auto reconnected back. The modem internet light was off then went back on during after several mintues

We're sorry to learn that you have been experiencing issues with the Wi-Fi, @kirajj2012

 

Have you tried testing the connection using the a LAN cable and see if it's also disconnecting? Based on the line test result, we have not found any fault that can be service affecting.
