Hello TPG Comm,

I have been receiving this delay response a few times lately. I sent the attached email via Google Chrome, with a PDF attachment and have had the email delayed. 

Any idea as to what is causing this? (I have attached a few of the files)

We've deleted the attachments as it exposed your account details.

Please avoid posting any information on a public thread as it may compromise your security.


If you'll post a screenshot, make sure the account or personal information is blurred or scraped.


Are you using an Email client or the TPG Post Office? If via Email client, are you able to send out Emails using TPG Post Office?


Shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to assist you further.

I have only recently started to see this behaviour for delayed emails. I will PM you my details.
