We have no internet

For the last few days we have not had any internet. I have checked outages and there is none. We are in Swansea nsw and we need the internet to do our work... we have resorted to using our own data and that’s running low!!!
We are not happy at all!!!!

Yes have tried all options. Nothing has worked.
Even plugged it directly in to the computer it said no internet access
