Get online support
Able to send emails but emails that I know have been sent to me have not arrived for past 24 hours. I also sent emails from @TPG.com.au adress to myself and from gmail - none arrived and not in Spam folder. Is this a known issue? Do I contact TMC to deal with this?
Service status page (https://support.tpg.com.au/servicestatus) shows no issues. Any error codes in your email software package?
