Get online support
24hrs ago our internet dropped out.
I called TPG & the line was checked but I’ve had no further response as to the outcome.
I’ve reset the modem but it seems to be working ok.
The TPG website service status says there are no issues but I disagree.
I’m in Bayswater Vic.
Update,
I have tested the line with a different modem to rule out our modem being faulty.
I still have no internet.

We apologise for the inconvenience. We were able to locate your account and it seems that you were able to contact our Tech team on the 5th of January. The case was escalated to our Engineering team for further investigation since they've detected a line fault.
Telstra technician has been requested to look into your service and was advised they aim to restore it on or before the 8th of January 2019.
Further updates will be given by your assigned engineer once available.
