Get online support
I need customer service but was directed to online chat. When I tried the online chat for both billing & tech support today, I received this message "Our team members are currently serving other customers. We appreciate your patience. Please try again later". Yesterday I waited for online tech support for 2 hours and gave up in the end.
Please tell me how to get customer service, and if it doesn't exist, please show me where to cancel my account.
