Get online support
I submitted a request to move my internet connection to a new residence over a week ago and my account status says it has been connected - but this is NOT the case. I have been trying for 3 days to get the internet working and to contact TPG for help. It is totally non-existent!!! Considering I'm trying to work from home in the current economic conditions this is outrageous! There is only a chat facility which is never available and this community to post on - which provides no solution.
TPG - get your act together or I'm going to cancel and use someone else who can get it right.
