What am I supposed to do here??
I called twice.
First time I requested a call back I was called back +30 mins later...the overseas operator just put the phone down on me (so technically she fulfilled her SoW) and left me a very brief voicemail.
I tried to call again...requested a callback, I was told I'd be called back in 30 mins.
This is now +2 hours without my internet connection. Only 2 orange bars on my router that's been rebooted twice (as instructed on your website). Internet speed is 1.12 Mbps.
Can you help?
