Why has TPG not activated my service yet after NBN installation appointment

I have no internet and no msg from TPG saying you have activated my account. I was told on the phone that as soon as NBN came and installed the NBN part i would have access, it says I'm supposed to recieve a message from TPG saying it is activated.....why has this not been done??? How hard can you possibly make it for me to have internet?? This is probably one of the worst experiences i've ever had. 


Can you please confirm and activate my account ASAP and sort out why i am still YET to have working internet???
