Get online support
I've been trying to find the solution for why on earth my business website is being blocked by TPG but can't find any. And I have now been on hold to support for just over an hour and it's getting late. How do I fix this? Seems like something which has happened all of a sudden and no idea why. I get DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN . Please help!
Hi @LIBF . TPG may have had a problem with their DNS earlier on.
You can check this. In command window, do:
nslookup your.domain.name dns1.tpg.com.au
You can also specify Google's DNS: nslookup your.domain.name 8.8.8.8
