Why is my internet so bad

My internet is so bad. It's slow and doesn't load anything. Every time I try to fix it TPG staff hang up. I have now been trying to fix for 2 hours. Very disappointed and was better off on ADSL with Dodo.... Can't wait until my plan is over as I will go with a better company.
