For the past few weeks our internet which was quite relable has been dropping out many times per day. Now the last few days the speed is a joke and similar to our old ADSL speeds of 1-1.5 mbps. Just tried it now being a Saurday and can get 17 or 18 mbps download but the upload is 0.5 mbps. I have to work from home and this is pathetic and use my phone hotspot as it is quicker and more reliable as my kids are doing for school home work. When we first connected TPG NBN we are geting 46+ downloads all day and night. Since NBN has released 40% more capacity to the ISP's why is my TPG service so slow ?
