Get online support
I live in the inner western suburbs of Melbourne and over the past week the NBN service has degraded to the point of being unusable.
I've checked for NBN outages but there are none reported.
I followed the TPG guides and rebooted modems etc but no improvements.
Speed tests tonights were dowload of 0.6mbps - 3.6mbps between 8 - 9pm,
I've tried contacting TPG but find it impossible to get through on the phone numbers provided and gave up after being on hold 54 mins tonight.
Anyone else having similar issues?
