WiFi unavailable to all devices NBN 50

Hello 

Issue: 

WiFi unavailable to all devices ( android mobiles, windows pc , apple, only patchy WiFi to iPad) 

 

critical info: 

 

nbn 50 plan

currently using fast internet gift from TPG  (measured  speed 200 + Mbs, until august 2021)

Router model : Netcommwireless N300 WiFi Gigabit RouterNF12

WiFi sign shows ' connected' but no internet

 

what is the problem ?

Thanks for raising this to us. The devices connected via Wi-Fi but no connection means it is a possible line fault or outage.  Check our Service Status page for any known outages. If you're on NBN, we have created this article that can guide you on How to Check for NBN Network Outage
