Wifi keeps dropping out

Hi, I have had a Home Bundle L plan for the past year have had no issues. But for the past month the wifi disconnects every few minutes. Please help.

I have checked your ADSL2+ service in our systems and can see quite a few sync drops that needs further investigating.

I have created a fault ticket for our engineers to look at, and you should be contacted within 24-48hrs.

 

i have PMed you your fault reference number.

Also, cant login to tpg mobile using even though I'm passing the correct password. Reset throws "incorrect username" error.

Registered on community with username megha6662001 which isnt working as a login on tpg.com

Tubysultan was the previous owner and the account now has been transferred to my name. How do I create a login to tpg.com now ?

Please ignore login issue. I have resolved it. Just work on the wifi dripping out problem.
