Wifi not connecting with new router

Purchased NighthawkRAX30 to replace the old router, tried everything possible to get it working. Rang TPG and Netgear both helped me to troubleshoot but still nothing.
Does anyone know how to fix the issue or do I notify TPG for an upgraded router
