Thanks for raising this to us, what I understand is you're able to access the Wikipedia but it did not allow you to edit an article is that right?
If so, accessing the Wikipedia means it the website is not blocked, to better understand the error message it is best to contact Wikipedia Support

It wont let me edit wikipedia, Theyre saying its a webhosting service called "Amazon webhosting"
