Wireless broad band

Wireless broad band is down over last ten daysn and TPG support team does not say that it is down but keeps you online waiting and wait they are checking. If it is down accept it and give alternative solution to customer. Specially when working from home and internet is down is worst situation. Fees are taken at the point you accept the service. Need to refund the time service not available and customer not able to use this service.
