Hi,
I’ve just got my modem today and tried to connect it but the 4g light is red no matter where I put it (tried both rooms, near window, living room and kitchen even). If I place it on balcony it works for a bit but the speed is tragic. I am not willing to pay 60 bucks for this speed if this is the best it can offer (I can’t even leave my modem in balcony anyway).
Can someone please help
