Worst Service Ever 2

It took 30 seconds for TPG to get my details and send me out their 5G modem. Really SLOW speeds. Nothing near the up to 100Mbts advertised. I was getting around 20Mbts. I called and told them I no longet want it, It was only 2 days later that i called them. They said the would send me an email on how to return the modem back to them. I've called them so many times and still no email. Its been some 5 or 7 days now aand still nothing. Got of the phone with them today , they were supposed to call me at 2:00 -2:30 pm. It  is now 4:00pm and no phone call or email.

I cant believe how bad the service is. 

My question is HOW do i return this ** modem back to TPG.
