Wrong Plan on NBN Plan Change

I’ve just changed my plan today but choose the wrong one instead of the one I’ve wanted, please help; Basically, I want the NBN50 Unlimited Plan for $69.99instead of The NBN12 Unlimited Plan. Reference: Request No 5977464
