You never answer phone

I had a blackout yesterday then i lost internet connection.
I called 1300 997 171 for technical support
Your announcement says answer 24/7 but after I wait about 30 mins call cut off from your side.
It is so diappointing and waste of time.
I know it is typical TPG and never got better. I need internet asap
