Your newly installed broadband equipment is waiting to be automatically configured - after hard reset

Hey,

I have been having wifi issue since two weeks now so today after calling tpg support and being transferred 3 times without much of a resolution, I decided to just try hard reset on my Archer VR1600v modem. Its been more than half an hour and it still shows the same message on my browser. Can anyone please suggest a solution? Thanks in advance!

Otherwise, please PM us with your TPG account details so we can check your service.

Hey Ahra,

Thank you very much but the issue is resolved after calling tpg customer support. Just had to change a configs in the tplinkmodem.net. Thanks again!
