Hi,

My NBN was installed at 12:30pm today. I have not been able to access my internet or wifi yet. The modem is set up correctly with all with all necessary lights green. When I try to connect my devices I receive the message "Your newly installed broadband equipment is waiting to be automatically configured." It has now been 9 hours. I am recieving texts and emails from TPG informing me that my installation is complete however they cannot detected me online and to plug in my modem. My moden is plugged in. I have tried using both phone wall ports in my home. 

 

I have tried using your online chat service and have been unsuccessful and not connected to a staff member. Please help me.
