I have been experiencing extremely slow connections since last week. I asked for technical support in this situation because nowadays we work from home, which is impossible without a good internet connection. However, no one hasn't responded to my enquiry, and TPG promised to call back during business hours. It has been four business days since they promised me to call back.
Now I understand why TPG wanted us to waive our CSG rights and keep us on the non-CSG plan because their customer care is horrible and if you become a new customer, they will stop answering your call and ignore your enquiries.
