Please post the screen shot of the error message on this thread also try to access SBS on demand using your mobile data in the event that issue still persist it could be a known issue on the website.

Also confirm the troubleshooting you have performed.

We test the site and its accessible on our end. Please try to reboot the modem/router for 3-5mins, let us know how it will go.
