bad internet service- told by rep -would get call back no later than 4:30pm is 7:30 now. recalled wait time 70 min

Internet service on my account has been horrific since 2020.  Have call many times and told no issues.  Eluded to maybe old computer issue.... well brand new computer... and still same issues.   did test for speed.  shows download .5 mb   YES POINT 5   and for upload  said couldnt connect to server.  Have done this more than once today... no different response.


Still awaiting a call back.  rechecked my mobile text file for initial contact on this problem Have had complaints on this since Nov 2020.  Replaced modem.  Now with brand new computer trying to download skype and told that it would take 6 hrs for a 79mb file.
