i've been calling tpg last month on regards to disconnect my service because im moving home and they still keep charging me monthly fee, how this works?

We're sorry to learn that you wish to disconnect the service. 

 

  • Have you already checked if you have available service in the new address? 
  • Do you wish to transfer your current service to the new address? 

 

I have organsed a call back to be made tomorrow, 06 November 2020, from an Accounts specialist to assist you with your request.
