buffering on ABC iview

At Ocean Grove when we watch ABC Iview it works for 35 minutes then the buffering circle starts while it catches up. If you switch off and on again then it works for 35 mins again but the buffering starts.

The tv works normally for SBS and Netflix.

any ideas?
