I checked the ticket ID you have provided and I can see that you have been contacted last night by one of our Engineers and that you were able to confirm that your internet service was working at that time.
However, I just tested your connection and I'm not able to detect your modem at this point. Your modem somehow lost connection around 11PM last night. I performed a test on the line itself, but I'm not finding any fault. Can you confirm if your modem is currently turned on?
