Hi there, I need someone to assist on cancelling my NBN plan at TPG. I have tried the online support, live chatting and reached out to 3 people however no one ever solved my problem and they all end my conversation by "let me transfer you to an account specialist" then it's forever waiting. I have been dealing with different staff since 11 am today and its been 5 hours, still no one reached out and I honestly do not know whether there is any "account specialist" able to help. Please serve this as a written notice and assist solving this matter as I do not wish to pay for your service now.
Before cancelling, do you mind if i ask what seems to be your problem and is there anything i can assist you with?
